Do you provide all supplies and equipment?
Clean Right Company provides all cleaning supplies and equipment as well as any personal protective equipment that is needed by our team when cleaning your facility.
Who will be responsible for the keys to our building?
Clean Right Company stores all keys in a safe at our office. Only lead personnel have the combination for the safe. All keys are checked out on the day of service. Clean Right requires that team members sign a form indicating they are responsible for the keys to your building. If a team member quits or is terminated they must immediately return the keys to our office.
What if something is broken?
If a team member accidentally breaks something they are required to leave a note at the building and to immediately notify their supervisor before leaving the building. The supervisor will notify office staff the next morning (Monday morning if it is a Friday). Our office staff will be in contact with you that morning to discuss replacing the item that was broken.
Are you insured and bonded?
We have all the required insurances and are bonded.
How many team members will be cleaning my building?
This will vary depending on the size of the building and your cleaning needs. Our teams usually consist of 2 to 4 members. (Clean Right requires a minimum of 2 team members per job for safety reasons.)
What happens if something is not cleaned to our satisfaction?
Clean Right Company offers a 12 hour response time to any of your questions or concerns. Just call during business hours and talk to a representative or after business hours and leave a message. A customer service representative will return your call with a response to your question or concern within 12 hours.
